Northeast Design Drafting has put together a collection of
our finest home plans for you to view and purchase. All plans are of homes which
have been built and any field changes during construction have been documented
and the plans were updated accordingly. These plans were designed in accordance
with BOCA 1999 and IRC 2003 as appropriate at the time of the design. Building
codes and permitting requirements change from locality to locality, our plans
have been designed for Maine and New Hampshire.
