- Mapping of existing conditions. Including visible utilities and office

- Existing Facility Layouts are most commonly used for the purpose of
maximizing space usage.

- Updating of existing Facility Layouts to current state.
All to often we lose site of the value of a Current
Facility Layout. As time passes the layout
becomes antiquated rendering it near useless as preparations are being made for
re-engineering of the production lines, manufacturing areas, common areas and
office space.

Once the existing facility layout is either
completed or updated, space usage and product flow are
evaluated in order to develop the new facility layout.
We provide scaled Mylar templates of your facility
as well as your equipment for utilization in
determining the re-engineered facility layout.
- Time Studies (Work Measurement)

Time studies are necessary to set confirmed
tasks and routings. These quantify manufacturing costs, which impact on the
profitability of the company and the individual products.
We provide the expertise and labor to accurately
measure these tasks either individually or at each stage of the routing.
Upon completion we provide your company with a
concise and accurate report of the results.
During this study we will observe each task and
suggest possible improvements.
- Process Validations

The objective of this validation is to verify
that the current Bill of Materials, Routing Sheet and Process Sheet are
correct in that they provide the necessary information and direction in
order to consistently produce a product which meets its pre-determined
specifications and quality attributes.
- Equipment Verifications
-
The objective of this verification is to verify
that a product can be consistently and repeatedly produced using the
equipment and tooling designated for the job. This verification includes an
Operational Qualification and a Performance Qualification of the equipment.
The Installation Qualification should have been completed prior to this
verification and should be made available.
