Process and Equipment Validation

Process Validations

The objective of this validation is to verify that the current Bill of Materials, Routing Sheet and Process Sheet are correct in that they provide the necessary information and direction in order to consistently produce a product which meets its pre-determined specifications and quality attributes.

Equipment Verification

The objective of this verification is to verify that a product can be consistently and repeatedly produced using the equipment and tooling designated for the job. This verification includes an Operational Qualification and a Performance Qualification of the equipment. The Installation Qualification should have been completed prior to this verification and should be made available.

Routing Verifications

Are your routings out of date? Have you made process improvements without updating the associated routings? If the answer to these questions is yes, Northeast Design Drafting can come to your facility and provide the necessary time studies in order to verify or update your current routing times and routing steps.
